    Your ACTION OPTION should you choose to accept it, is to…

    STEP 1. Notice a moment of tension or stress being “taken out on you” by your beloved.
    STEP 2. Notice what your triggered or defensive reaction might say. Don’t say it.
    STEP 3. Soften, look at your beloved lovingly and ask “Do you need some loving?”
    STEP 4. Listen to their response and any requests. Do everything in your power to do at least one thing they requested.
